Early Development Network and Protection and Safety Collaborate on the CAPTA Process
The Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act requires protection and safety staff to refer children under the age of three, who have been involved in a substantiated case of child abuse or neglect, to the Early Development Network (EDN) for early intervention services.
