Aging Partners Health & Fitness Center

Located in Lincoln at 233 S. 10th St. Ste 101, Aging Partners' Health & Fitness Center is a place for excercise, relaxation, socialization, health, and rehabilitation.  For just a suggested donation of $10.00 per month, persons who are 55 and over, and their caregivers, can have access to the wealth of resources available at the Health & Fitness Center.

Equipped with a weights machine, a treadmill, elliptical machine, free weights, balance balls, and more, people can come in and exercise or call ahead for a free appointment with a personal trainer. Yoga, tai chi, and stress management classes are also available during the week. Check the Answers4Families event calendar or call the Health & Fitness Center at 402-441-6687 for class schedules and events.

Classes and personal trainers work to improve fitness, mobility, and flexibility. Nutrition counseling is also available.

The Health & Fitness Center also provides the "Fit to Care" program for caregivers. This program provides the following services free to caregivers: Nutrition counseling with a Registered Dietitian, Consultation with a Certified Personal Trainier, and Stress management tips. Appointments can be set up a time and location convenient for the caregiver, the services are provided in the the following eight counties: Butler, Fillmore, Lancaster, Polk, Saline, Saunders, Seward, and York.
